Hurricane 31S

Just purchased a 2016 Hurricane 31S and I have found a macerator pump under the sink in the outside kitchen anybody know what its for and where is the switch for it

You should see a switch in the outside kitchen. It pumps the water from the sink into the grey tank.

Winner Winner chicken dinner I guess they didn't want me to find the switch but I did it was under the cabinet
