Jensen TV shuts off after 10 minutes

have tried pretty much everything but am completely open to new suggestions. Even took TV off wall and brought to electronics store who said it worked all day for him. reconnected it back to coach and shuts off again after 10 minutes with no problems turning back on.
Power was tested with ample voltage to unit, also changed out inline fuse and wire to glass, and there is no timer set either.

Have you tried the TV on with shore power, generator power or battery only. Maybe if one of these work, you can zero in on the problem. Good Luck!

Have you tried something else in that plug? A radio, a fan, etc.?

Even still: If the TV works fine on a test bench but doesn't in the RV that would suggest that the TV is fine and the power source is the culprit.

If you can monitor that 12V for 10-15 minutes you may find that it drops out occasionally.

Well if the power is dropping out you may have to trace the wires--perhaps there is a loose connection somewhere.

You can also go to Thor's website, here: https://thormotorcoach.com/customer-care/
And request the wiring diagrams for your coach (both 120V and 12V). They may provide some indication where the wire goes. (While you're at it you may also want to request the plumbing diagrams as well--fresh, and waste.)

Which in theory should be just to that TV because the other 2 sets work fine without interruption. The only cheviot to the whole thing is why 10 minutes each time?, not less or more.
Thanks for the website info.

And don't forget -- it might only be an intermittent interruption of power. Once the TV senses the voltage going to 0, it will shut down even if the voltage drops for short period. The TV won't come back on when the voltage goes back to 12 volts because there was nothing to turn the TV power switch back on.

Ten minutes each timer, could be a sleep timer. You have 3 remotes, are all of them the same? It could be that one of those remotes is using a sleep timer to shut down the TV. It worked ok in the store far away from the other 2 remotes.
Take a batteries out of the 2 remotes you are not using, this will disable them for the test. Test it again.
