Jrv9000 unit falling into dashboard

I have a jrv9000 radio, backup monitor, etc. and the unit recently fell partially back into the dash I suspect after lots of bumpy patches on some interstates. It is slanted upwards now.

I also suspect that there must be something behind it that was holding it in place that likely broke or something like that and I am unsure of how to take things apart to get to it. I have attached some pics. I have looked at the jrv installation manual or a hurricane owners manual but neither have the answer.

Has anyone else dealt with this issue and if do what did you do to repair it?

Pics attached. I have a 2024 hurricane 32n.

Several people have had this issue regardless of radio as Thor does not do a good job of securing the double-DIN cage.

Remove the doghouse for better access and room and engineer a better solution to secure the cage to the wood structure of the dash.

Steel Plumbers tape.
But
By reading your question I kinda think you'll need help with the fix.

If you have a 2024? I suspect it is still under warranty. Surely they will fix this while you wait? If not, I would go talk to some Senior Leadership at the dealership. You are what they call honeymooners and should get service priority.
