Just curious @ Volts

Had my MH parked in the yard, plugged in to 110. Unplugged it, turned it around so that the sun could bear down on the other side for a while. After I turned it off I put the voltmeter on the battery. Switch is in the "use" position and nothing is on except the dash radio is illuminated. Voltmeter read 12.5. I think that is pretty strong but there has been some people saying the number at full charge should be 13+. FYI, 2 12V 27's run parallel. Thoughts, please?

Maybe when charging or right after charger is turned off. 12.5v is good. did you measure what it was when it was on the charger?

12.7 is about as good as it gets for fully charged after a moment or so off the charger.

Last time I checked it while it was still plugged in, it was somethings like 13.7.

Yes, that was because you were still on the charger. You read the charger output voltage. Disconnect the charger, wait a few moments, then check the voltage.
