Also - I understand why the service dept drove the toll road. It is the only road near the dealer service that you can drive at highway speed for any length of time.

The other line of thought is that you need to inform the dealer at least for the fact that 'they' will not stop doing it. I live in an area w/o tolls, but I would think it must be pretty obvious to the driver that they 'jumped' the toll. It would be akin to them breaking your microwave and not fessing up to it. It infuriates ME when people will NOT own up to their own mistakes.
So I would copy all the information proving they passed the toll and snail mail it to them. Someone has to read it. But at least you did your part and give them the chance to correct themselves. My 2¢
