Google “lemon law RVs Florida” Apparently in Florida at least, the same law that applies to cars, also applies to RVs.

David is correct..... the Free State of Florida does have a Lemon Law for RV's. It covers 24 months from the date of delivery but.......

There are many things that are not covered like plumbing, the generator, the A/C and other components that are considered part of the living area.

No experience but I have read threads on this topic. From what I recall your contract will likely say that 1. Indiana is the jurisdiction for all legal matters and Indiana is not strong on consumer protection they said and 2. Arbitration is the mode of dispute resolution thus no jury of your peers!

Home - FAQs - Are RVs covered by the Indiana Lemon Law?*No, RV and motorhome purchases are not protected under the Indiana Lemon Law. However, these vehicles are covered by the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, which offers similar consumer-protections for defective vehicles.May 4, 2022

Can’t help with the lemon stuff. But I suggest you keep fixing things as best you can. Most units have as many as a dozen (or more) issues when new but once they get fixed you might expect to get many years of good service. It “shouldn’t” be this way but it is pretty common. Not just with Thor either. Even the expensive brands are like that. It is why so many experienced campers elect to buy used. Not only do they cost less but many or most of the issues have been addressed before the previous owner game up on it. Hang in there!

I actually looked at my documents. I did receive the Florida Lemon Law booklet with its many limitations ... basically covers the chassis...Ford in my case.

The Sales Agreement with General RV says Michigan is the jurisdiction for any claims related to the RV.

Then you have the issue of the House components and each company manufacturing them ex. Frig, stove, ac units etc. and the warranties that each of them carry.

If you are serious then you need a lawyer for advice.
