Replacing Jensen radio

I have a Jensen radio in the bedroom of my Challenger 37KT and I would like to replace it. Has anyone done this? Any ideas?

I think any automotive type radio you wish will fit in the hole. The dimensions are pretty standard today. Just make sure you have a grip on what speaker wires go to what speakers. If they're not marked, you can use the process of elimination. I was gonna replace mine with something higher quality but it turns out...we don't hardly ever use it. I probably would use it more if there were a remote control for it. Every time I crawl across the bed to turn it on...I fall asleep.

The one I was looking at has remote control. I was thinking the same thing

I never understood why the best speakers in the entire unit are mounted in your face...over the pillows.
