low drain point hurricane 34r

Trying to locate the low drain point on a '20 or '21 (father in laws coach) hurricane 34R. Have searched but only find that it may be on the outdoor shower or behind a drawer. Hope this is faster....

Check for a outside bay that has a pvc riser pipe with ballcock for open and close. On my ACE that is where ours is located. Not in the wet bay. May be near a bay close to the water intake fill area.

On mine it is in the bay just before the rear wheels on the passenger side.

Did you find the drain release?

Should have red and blue (hot & cold) pex lines on the right side (passenger) in the compartment just forward of the right rear wheel. Your fresh water tank drain I am not sure about. Might have a petcock or t handle drain valve under the bed that dumps under the coach.

I have to retract my earlier advice. The pvc pipe I referred to in a bay is the freshwater tank drain.

So I called Thor Tech Support and on the 2023 ACE 29g I just acquired the low point drain is the outside shower head....tech said drop it low and let it run out.

My low water drain is the outside shower as well. I bypass hot water tank and use air to winterize. I unscrew the shower head, open both valves to blowout the water system.

Wow, that doesn't sound right at all. Check in the very back of that same bay towards the back rear. If you see blue and red lines that would be the drains.

The shower is the low point drain in mine. Confirmed in Fall of 2019 by Thor support and my plumbing spec sheet.

The fresh water tank drain in the 34R is located in the last (rear)cargo bay on the driver side just before the generator.

The low drain pipes and registers are in the passenger side in the bay just in front of the rear wheels.

Low point drain

My 2021 Hurricane 29m. Low point red and blue lines. In outside kitchen bay. Take out the slide draws to reach the two drains.
