Manually Engage Cab AC Compressor?

Hey All -

I was able to get a mobile mechanic out to recover and replace the AC condenser located at the front of the rig as there was a leak.

I planned on recharging the r134a with my manifold and scale (done it plenty of times on normal vehicles) but I'm unsure how to jump/manually enable the AC compressor so it can pull the freon in.

On a regular car, you'd simply find the AC relay under the hood and jump it from there.... is it that simple on a Thor Resonate? If so, where would one find the relay?

Thanks!

It helps if you EXPLICITLY identify what you're working on, including the model year of the chassis...

And, FWIW, if you've properly vacuumed the sealed system, that first pound or so of refrigerant will pretty much jump on in there. Heating the refrigerant in hot water helps.

By connecting to the low side with the refrigerant source you should clear the low pressure interlock and the compressor should just engage on its own.
