Miramar 35.2 slide issues

2017 Miramar 35.2 neither slide will work, batteries are at 13.2 volts. Had the rear a/c replaced. I was in the hospital when this was done, couldnít get back to the coach for a couple of weeks. Found 1 breaker on the generator was off, reset it and both a/c started. Neither slide will work, itís as no power to the slides. Tried to reset the controller but neither side will give any sign of power. Any ideas out there?

Check to see if you have a slide safety cut off switch somewhere. This prevents the slide from being accidentally activated.

Double check unit is in park, and emergency brake on.

Good lucky

Try a few things.
1. Plug unit in.
2. Make sure use switch is on.

There is a 30 amp DC fuse in the power center that controls all power to the slides and front bunk motor.

Smile

Thank You.
The floor plan on my Miramar has the fuse panel installed at the end of the bed, which is up against the dresser/closet when the slide is in. Almost impossible to get to it, but the wife used a hand held mirror and found it. It tested good but I replaced it anyway. Same problem.
Went out tonight to the storage lot, cranked up the generator. Batteries still reading 13.35 volts. Turned off the generator, and in unplugged the slide controller, unplugged both motors and plugged everything back in, did this on both slides. I actually did this 2-3 times. Then powered up the coach and reset the controller by pushing the reset button 6 times and holding it down on the 7 til both the red & green lights started flashing. The went inside and tried the slide, it worked.
Every time I tried this nothing worked til I powered it down and unplugged all the wires a couple of times and then powered it up.
Thank yíall for your suggestions. I tried each one and was about to take it to a dealership.

I was told by vroom to run the generator or be plugged in when I run the slide.
(running the old swintek motors and slide controller)
hope this helps.
