Thanks for all the responses.

My stove top is gas and it is covered by a folding metal cover that folds back. As an emergency escape window, I don’t see that possibility. The one on my unit is huge.

Single large kitchen sink is way too big.

Probably went to some other device that the previous owner had.

Odd shape with curve on bottom side and what appears to be a screw hole above the little sticker that says up.

Let's see the backside- hinge or holes for one, color and size would suggest stove cover to me.

I think this is best answer. Must have been for a Blu-ray or dvd player, but that stuff was yanked out before I bought or something entirely unrelated to the motor home.

Back side looks like front just duller finish. Just a single hole and no hinges.

I have a glass panel like that on the left side of the stair well it leads to an outside compartment. We keep bug spray and cleaners in there so they can be accessed from the inside and outside.
