Thats a great floor plan in a small footprint. Simular to the 25.6 and 27.7 in the RUV lineup.

Not sure I’d consider a 30-feet motorhome small, but I guess size is relative.

It is interesting though that it’s listed as a 27R yet length is 30 feet w/o ladder. By comparison the 26B model is 27’-6”. Since downsizing is the new trend, I’m wondering if they are purposely mislabeling the floorplan designation to make it seem smaller.
