I second Jamie's advice, #6 above, about Ed Felker's PDI checklist. Print that and take it with you. You have a lot of friends here, folks who have made the mistakes and made the creative modifications you wouldn't ever dream of. The "search" tab and the "new posts" tabs will come in very handy!

Welcome to the Forum and Congrats on the new MH. Just remember you are in fact buying a new house and a new truck combined. THERE WILL BE ISSUES. Just enjoy it as much as you can while the problems are being worked out. Some issues won't be seen until after the rig has bounced down a road or two.
If at all possible have someone with you at the pdi to videotape the whole thing. Nothing like sitting down and reviewing the pdi from time to time.
