I have a slow rise shade that won't stay day. How do I adjust that?

Are you following the LBCU procedure? There was a recall a few years back and software update

schultzlb - not sure about the shade. But there is great stuff online that may help with that shade question.

You have to go into the setup menu to adjust the time and date.
