Niko Brothers burn out Rebuilds

For those who own Vegas MH might find the YouTube renovation/restorations of the burned out MH the Niko Brothers bought and saved. If nothing else it might provide some insight into how the units are constructed. Just search Niko Brothers Vegas and the videos will pop up.

This is a burned-out Axis 24.1
Looks like a 2015 model year with the large front window Thor later reduced in size.

You mean todays new Axis and Vegas have a smaller window than what used to be installed?

‘14-‘16 (and some early model ‘17 IIRC) had a the largest & most beautiful front windshield of any Motorhome.
However, based on the comments (and real life experiences)…they were prone to cracking. Many were needlessly replaced.

So Thor reduced the top-end height by about 8-10”.

And since ‘17 all Vegas/Axis builds have gone with the shorter window.

Still, about $3500 for the glass + install. (I was quoted $5900 all-in, cash & without insurance)

Thanks for the history lesson. I had no idea.
