No Battery Power

I picked up my 2015 Citation Sprinter 24SR - nickname Limone - (rear slideout floorplan) today. It was in for diesel generator maintenance. Started engine but step won't retract regardless of the Step On/Off switch position. Jumpered the switch with probes and 12V drill battery to get it up.

No power from coach batteries to lights, slideouts, etc. but the generator started right up and wouldn't if batteries were drained.

Slideouts, lights and everything (except the step) work on generator and shore power.

Meter says batteries are producing 13.2V. No "Click" when I press the Store/Use switch in the step well and no lights on battery condition indicator.

Any thoughts? My research suggests solenoid somewhere but I haven't a clue where to look or what one looks like.

Ed

On the Axis there's a solenoid reset button to the left of the batteries under the step. Don't know the configuration of the batteries, etc. on the Citation Sprinter but I would look for the reset switch in the vicinity of the house batteries. Maybe someone else here could help more with the specifics or you could try the Thor customer service line.

In our 2014 24' Chateau the batteries are under the step and I found out the hard way that the battery reset breaker was under the drawer under the stovetop. Pulled the sliding drawer (under the stovetop) all the way out and there it was mounted on the back of the drawer on the floor. Pressed reset and store/use battery button worked again. No clue on what may have shorted it or overloaded it to activated the resettable fuse?

Thanks all. No joy on a resettable switch. It doesn't seem to have anything besides the battery disconnect switch. Its back to the service folks today.

OMG!! I have been scouring the internet for this information. Our 2014 23' Chateau had the same problem and we had not been able to locate the reset switch or a breaker. Called Thor and they tried to tell us it was under the chassis on the outside of the RV. But thanks to you, we just located it under the drawer and now we have battery power again!! THANK YOU!!!
