Much better picture. Take your voltmeter and test from the arrows to ground. If it is not working only one side will have 12 VDC. If it is working, both sides will have 12 VDC.

But because this one says both "Coach" and "Chassis" it may be the relay that ties the house and chassis batteries together for charging and emergency start, not the house battery isolation relay.

battery solenoids

I do have emergency start button in the cab, so would this still be the solenoid that operate the battery disconnect, I also have a solenoids in the engine compartment under the windshield jug.

just check my battery and it show 12.16 volts and 623 amp, my battery has cold cranking amp of 600 is my battery good.

We know it isn't 'clicking' - but whether voltage is not reaching the soledoid (either primarty 12v or switch signal) - or if the solenoid is bad - we don't yet know.

The solenoid pictured would be associated with the emergency start - and tying the house and chassis batteries together to charge...
If you can get a picture of the other one - might help...

12.16 isn't fully charged - but should be ok for what we are looking at.

Any metal part of the frame should be ground.
