The operator’s manual has a table with fuel use under various loads.

About .5 g/h

We run our genny (onan 4000) about like you described (1 A/C fridge some lights occasional microwave etc) and max out at half a gallon an hour. I have an OBDII plugged in so I can see the consumption when the engine is off. Frequently is much less, but never has it run more.
Your genny will shut off when fuel tank drops to 1/4 so you are not left stranded somewhere.
Have fun with your new Thor.

Point65 gallons loaded is the factory rating .point 5 at partial load.
Not quite a gallon an hour at 75 mph when running the roof ac while driving.

My v10 uses. Point67 per hour at idle.

The generator uses almost as much as the v10.

if you use 1/2 gallon per hour, you'll be close....there's no 'exact' amount since 'what' you are using while it's running will determine that...it's all different for everyone, and in every situation... you'll probably really use less than that, but it's a good 'rule' for thinking about it.

If you have plenty of fuel in the tank, you'll not have to worry much about how 'much' you think you're using the generator, you'll hardly notice any fuel consumption.
