Return for Service and error on leveling pad

My unit was at Dixie RV in Hammond La., for over 2 months with this and other problems. Seems all problems were fixed except this one. When I picked it up, it seemed to work ok. But after a week of being in storage, the problem is back. When the engine is turned on, the pad will start beeping and you cannot turn the pad off.

Try pushing the “retract” and “enter” buttons at the same time, that should reset the control panel so you can try the leveling sequence again.

That worked, but I left the unit and went back yesterday, and the same problem is there again. What is causing it to keep coming back.

Sounds like a low voltage problem. Both the chassis battery and house batteries need to be above 12.2 volts for the system to be happy. When you start the engine the system checks to see if the jacks are up even if the system is turned off (safety first). If the system resets easily it is usually a voltage problem somewhere.
