Manufactured Weight

I have a 2018 ACE 29.4. I have looked all over for the empty weight sticker in the RV. I found cargo stickers (GVWR), tire pressures and various other warning labels, but nothing identifying the build weight. Any ideas where it might be? I plan to get it weighed first chance I get, but I'd like to know where I started. I've looked all the obvious places (door frame, entry way. all around drivers area. inside cabinets, etc...). If it's there they hid it very well. Thanks

Bud

I had another thought (dangerous I know). I have a sticker that says I can carry 2,632 pounds. If I subtract that from 18K GVWR, This would make the empty RV weigh 15,368 pounds. Does that make sense?

They normally put that information on the Manufacturer's Statement of Origin
(M.S.O.). It should then be transferred onto the Vehicle's Title.

Can't be that easy...

Cargo Carrying Capacity (CCC) - The CCC is the GVWR minus the UVW, the SCWR, the weight of a full tank of propane, and the weight of all fresh water in the system including a full fresh water tank and a full water heater.
UVW - (Unloaded Vehicle Weight) - New in 1996, this is the weight of the vehicle as delivered with full fuel, oil, and coolant, but without manufacturer's or dealer-installed options and before adding passengers, driver, propane, or fresh water.
Sleeping Capacity Weight Rating (SCWR)- is calculated by multiplying the number of sleeping positions by 154 pounds.

Hope you can find that sticker..

From what I have seen with my Vegas, the GVWR minus OCCC from yellow sticker was pretty close. Example: 14,500 GVWR minus yellow sticker of 3199 equaled the 11,500 I got at scale with me and empty tanks and full gas/propane. I am normally at 12,800 to 13,000 without trailer and 18300 to 18500 with racecar trailer connected.

I carry spares/tools and extra water on occasion. Is notable that front axle is close to overweight without trailer. With trailer front axle gains capacity.

I doubt that you'll readily find 'dry weight' listed for motorhomes, as it is normally for trailers and fifth-wheels being 'pulled' by a tow vehicle.

The easy solution is to have your coach weighed, with ALL your stuff you want to 'normally' bring when RVing, with fuel, water, and people onboard.

If this number is greater than your GVWR, then you'll instantly know how 'much' weight to potentially off load. If this number is less, then you are free to 'roam' the country!

CAT scales are typically only about $10, and well worth it, and easy, too... you simply pull onto the scales, push the button for a customer service person, they tell you when to move, and then you go in and retrieve your paperwork.
They can do your front axle first, both axles, your rear axle, and even your toad vehicle.

The Cat scale 6 miles from house charges $15 for initial. $2 within 24 hours as many times as needed. I weighed with trailer, too much TW. Moved car on trailer, got it close. Then Vegas with and without racecar stuff in compartments.

I will be adding 2nd A/C over bedroom as there is no issue with rear axle capacity. Initially, front was within 25 lbs without trailer TW.
