Pilot light won't light on water heater

I have a Thor four winds class c 2017 model. Ever since I got it out of storage from winter pilot light on hot water heater won't light . It does work on electric when generator is on. I lit all the burners on stove and let them burn for five minutes and tried lighting the pilot light but it doesn't light ...probably timed out ? Any suggestions? Thank you!

Don't believe there is a pilot light, it has electronic ignition but I may be wrong. Mine has no pilot light.

(Probably a stupid question on my part...)
Have you tried bleeding the line to it?
Get your other propane fixtures fired up and running first.
Then try lighting it.
That's how they got my 'Fridge up and running...

I've not had a problem with the heater. However the fridge sometimes has this problem. Each year, after taking it out of storage, I blow out the gas tube that supplies the propane. You would be surprised at what comes out. In my case mostly dust. I have had black soot on the outer cover for the water heater. I had to adjust the fuel/air mix and all was fine! Good luck!

I would think it's a DS type(elec/propane), so probably no 'standing pilot light', if that's what you are referring to, but it just lights when you turn it's switch on, or when it needs to maintain temperature.

Are you saying that it's just not lighting at all when you hit the switch?

My guess here, is you probably have air in the propane line. try running the burner on the stove top for a minute or two, then try the hot water heater. As others have pointed out, there would not be a pilot flame, as it would be an electronic igniter.

Since it's is ignited electronically: are you sure that there is power to the igniter, when you're asking for hot water?

Are you talking about the "Pilot Out" light on the LP Gas switch?
OR
The water heater will not run (light) on propane?

If it wont heat on propane then have you tried to light it with one of these?

You'll have to try it while the igniter is trying, it will only try 3 times.

If it still doesn't light then you need to clean the orifice in the burner.

Here's a quote from this web site.

"Propane Won’t Light
Check to see if the burner nozzle is clogged. Spiders and other insects like the smell of propane and they will get inside the gas supply tube, this will cause the burner not to light. Check to be sure the exhaust area is clear too."
