Problem with Back up camers and navigation

Have a new 2020 Entegra Esteem. My back up camera only shows a grey screen. My navigation icon is missing from the screen. Any ideas to correct.

There should be a reset button on the unit that might solve your problem.

I looked for it but couldn,t find one. It's a Sony radio if that helps.

I just saw a quick video on the radio and from what I could see, it appears that there might be the reset button on the lower left corner of the radio. It looked like a small round hole. If that is it, you need to insert a small tool (toothpick or something similar) into the hole to reset the radio. It was a quick view and I was not able to verify it. Remember that it is still under warranty from the dealer since it is a 2020 model. Good luck
