Quality Control for 2018 Thor Outlaw
Purchased a new 2018 Thor Outlaw 37GP in April 2018. On the first adventure out, while driving, the bolts came out of the L-shaped couch with son buckled in; back up camera is intermittent at best; the front windshield leaked like crazy filling the vents; bathroom door would not stay latched in motion; motorized bunk slants intermittently, shower door not sealed causing leaks and numerousous other aggravating poor quality observations (wall paper bubbling, rivets missing, cabinet shelves cut wrong, trim not secured in place; half-ass cover-ups for floor and wood fixes; etc.). While I had heard if you buy new your buying broke and selling fixed, this seems a little rediculous for the price paid and the effort it would take for just a little quality control. We have already had it in the shop and again discovered the windshield still leaks, camera still is hit or miss, and things are constantly falling apart. Back to the shop it must go. Quality control and quality assurance requires a complete overhaul if it is even being done at all. Hope Thor industries looks into this and makes a change.
