Quantum RC25 - Water Pump

We are new to the RV world. Recently purchased a Quantum RC25 (last fall) and we're about to take it out for our first "real" trip. We had it winterized and are trying to get it ready to depart. We hooked it up to our house water and opened all the taps, etc to release the coolant. We then disconnected the hose and introduced the Chlorox/H20 combination to disinfect the fresh water tank and lines. As per the instructions, we turned on the water pump, at the interior control panel, and opened the taps to flush the lines with the cleaning solution. We can hear the pump running but no water came from the taps.

Am pretty certain there is a main water supply cutoff valve that needs to be opened. The problem is - we can't find the fresh water tank, valve, or actual water pump. We have looked everywhere - in every storage compartment, under the benches, and under the bed. This unit has a tankless hot water heater and it's not in there.

Does anybody have any idea as to where it might be hiding?!

Hope you can help. Thanks.

Clearly you haven't looked everywhere as you haven't found it yet.

One clue: turn on the pump and listen very carefully for where the sound is coming from.

Did you unscrew some panels? Looking at your floorplan I would guess that it is either under the closet in the back, or under the fridge, pantry or kitchen sink.

Looking at some pics of your unit: Remove the vent under the fridge and look in there. Pull some of the drawers out in the back dresser and look under there--especially since the water heater is back there. I'm guessing this is where the pump/tank is in the waay back.

This tip was so helpful. The water pump, fresh water tank, tankless hot water heater, and all water valves for the above can be accessed by removing the bottom left, and middle, drawers and the panel right under them.
