Quantum sidewall

The sidewall, on our 2017 Quantum WS31 appears to be separating from the main body, near the door. It appears the entire sidewall is pulling apart from the main body near the door. I can see the plywood under the lower step, 1/4 inch at the front of the door, almost 1/2 inch at the rear. The trim of the stepwell shows the same movement at the rear of the stepwell.

On the driver's side, the center few feet of the slide bottom does not seem to contact the sidewall. The gasget is compressed at the ends of the slide, but there is about 1/2 inch gap at the center.

Will be taking it in for warranty repair next week. Has anyone else had these problems?
