Rapid Camp+

Just a small FYI - Thor is live on YouTube today going through all the new 2020 models and are now calling the Firefly Multiplex system Rapid Camp+. I was initially really confused thinking they had changed the system again even though I just picked up a 2020 Challenger last week.


Even the guy doing the walk-through was like, "Rapid Camp+, that's what we're calling it now?"


Obviously not to be confused with the old Rapid Camp system by LCI that apparently wasn't/isn't very good.

I've never seen one of their new product videos that inspired any consumer comfort.
From the video guys being unsold on the 4x4 models viability as a worthwhile option, to apprehension and cluelessness on parts of a dash, to what you just type about 'that's what we're calling it now?'
They really need to smooth it out. Their conversational tack is nice, but the lack of confidance in their product just SHINES through.

I watch them. I cringe to think someone approved them for release.
The older videos about how to work options were nicely done and informative.

I agree. I watched a couple of their videos and couldn't help but think they knew nothing about the product.

At least the fella that was talking, knew what to call it!
