Windsport headlight issue

I have a 2021 Windsport and while driving to Huntsville yesterday afternoon I discovered my RV didn’t have any main headlights. I have running, fog and bright lights and that’s it. Does anyone has any thoughts of what the problem may be? It sure wasn’t fun driving last night when I couldn’t use the bright lights.

My Windsport is much older (2015), but the headlights have a separate fuse and a relay, in one of the distribution boxes under the hood. If you look at the Ford owners manual you can see a list of which fuse and relay is for the headlights. If the fuse is good, you can typically swap the headlight relay with another one to eliminate that as the problem.

Did they ever work? Since the brights work and knowing Thor's reputation for wiring I'd be looking at the wiring.

Yes, they have worked on my past trips. This was the first time this year that I have drove it anywhere. The dealership checked a fuse and said it was good, and basically told me it was a Ford issue.

Ford did not install those headlights, Thor did, including the wiring connections.

Detroit chassis assembles the stripped chassis for Ford. They sell a stripped chassis which can move under its own power if you are sitting in a lawn chair on a sheet of plywood. Detroit Chassis uses a stripped, modified F550 body wiring harness and a partial engine and transmission harness. Neither the front or rear wiring harness are included with the stripped chassis. Thor MC plants build the two front harness. One plugs into the Detroit Chassis body harness. The other is the front cap (drivers compartment) harness and this harnesses plugs into the relay and fuse board in the drivers compartment.

Do you have power to the headlight bulbs?
