I am not a fan. They are expensive, heavy, awkward to put on and remove, they damage the finish, they make it difficult or impossible to drive the coach occasionally or to exercise the generator, they make it less likely that you’ll inspect it regularly for rodents, mold or vandalism and the only benefit is to possibly reduce sun damage. And for many of us there isn’t much sun in the winter anyway! I much prefer an occasional waxing and good sunshine and air flow to keep things dry. But that’s just me.
