shore power to batteries
After switching from shore power to batteries. A few minutes later there's a click and all the battery accessories shutdown. The battery is fully charged and the clicking comes from the front left compartment's fuse and 20,5,10 ,circuit
breakers. Need to know what could be the problem.

Some clarification is needed first. Also year/model of the affected unit and is your unit 30 or 50 amps?
After switching from shore power to batteries - How is this accomplished?
...from the front left compartment's fuse and 20,5,10 ,circuit
breakers - Where exactly is this location / what are you describing?

That's a confusing statement.
What's more confusing is guessing at your year, make, model of RV.
Was it a single click? Or clicking as in multiple clicks?
If no battery powered devices are operating on Shore Power then you have two problems:
Your Converter/Charger is not powering the DC buss, and
Your house batteries are not powering the DC buss.
Status of your battery disconnect (USE/STORE Switch)?
Do you have a multimeter and know how to use it?

Thor Axis 24.1 2015 I just plug the power in to the RV. there no switch. It's the Batteries fuse box on the lift side near the front.

Posts from the other thread have been moved into this thread. There may be some duplication.

"Everyone" can post to your quests...
Here is a link to a very good manual for your unit, download them for some good reading. Start at pg.36 or so to bone up on the system you have, elsewhere is info on the USE/STORE switch that you seemed to have not mentioned yet.
Until later, good luck!

the left drivers side (if under the hood) could be the TROMBETTA relay that controls house battery and chassis battery connections. If SHORE POWER is providing charging voltage greater than 12.6v, and alternator is not supplying power, the TROMETTA will close to charge the chassis battery also. When the SHOREPOWER is disconnected, the relay will open. This could be the "click" you hear.
Question is, are your house batteries actually charged?

Mo Mike is on it, also have you checked the water in the batteries, if it is below the plates in the cells add distilled water, also once you check this you should do a load test on the batteries to verify that they able to provide the power needed. I had to replace my 2018 batteries just after I brought my 29M from a dealer.
