- Breaker in Battery Compartment would only impact your 12v accessories and not 110V items like a microwave.
- If the generator is giving you 110V, it would not be the breaker on the generator.
There is a Transfer Switch which determines whether there is 110V available from shore power or 110V from the generator.
If you are getting 110V from the generator, it ether means the Transfer Switch is working properly or the relay is "stuck" in the generator position.
If you are not getting 110V from shore power, it means that either there is no power coming through your shore power cable or the Transfer Switch us unable to sense the voltage and /or the relay is not engaging to allow voltage to flow from your shore power connection to your breaker box.
Again, check to be sure you actually have voltage where you are plugging in you shore power cable and that your cable is ok.
If all that checks out, it could be a bad Transfer Switch.
