The ketchup and mustard should be in the fridge. And, "pre-wired" for a C-Pap machine...now, that's hilarious!!

Maybe hilarious but a big selling feature--something they may have read from the forums here as there is a non-zero number of members who did specifically that: Wired 12V to the bedroom for a C-Pap machine.

Not unless they have been opened. They don't store them in the frig in the grocery store.

I’m surprised Thor didn’t announce at least one new floor plan for 2019 to replace the two that were eliminated.

Perhaps a coming "Mid-Season announcement"?

Stabilizer option - need to check out the specs on that. I have an inductive cooktop and use it all the time. Nice that it is now included. Look like an improvement from previous years. But the interior colors ????? To me, I'm not doing any medical operations in my unit (too bright). It may have been the lighting used for the filming.

Second thought - stabilizer? not a leveler meh

No...it wasn't the lighting...they called it Silver Oak. Something from Silicon Valley I guess. It's a young people thing...in an old people motorhome. Too techno for me...at my age I like to see "wood" as much as I can!!

I’d like to see a smaller, simpler, and cheaper RUV (Axis/Vegas) that remains truer to the original mission of having a motorhome that isn’t much larger or drives much different than a full-size SUV.

The newer Axis/Vegas might as well be a traditional Class A on F-53 chassis because they aren’t much different.

I didn't care for that color scheme either.

I didn't know you could self wire the cpap

That would be good for oxygen
The silver nail polish Ick! Don't like silver anyway

This is the only class "a" I have driven re: chance comment
Isn't a class "a" have a longer wheelbase? My c 156 the axis 188 longer for real a?
Part of what is giving me the impetus to purchase and confidence to handle is the short easy nature
Idk like just longer than 24' c that turns sharp
Wish they had a mid bath twin though
Can't you also get the 450 serviced more places than the 550?

The Axis/Vegas units get the standard frame from Ford (I think its the 156" one) and then its sent to a 3rd party where the frame is lengthened to the 188" (or 196").

Other Class A's use either the Ford F-53 chassis (taller and longer than the E-Series) or a Diesel chassis (typically Freightliner). In fact, Axis/Vegas units are the only E350/E450 based class A's (I like to call them a Class C in A's clothing).

Note that that "Silver Oak" is only one of the available color scheme's--you can get others:

Thanks JamieGeek!
The forum should truly get a commission!! when I buy the behemoth (or whatever I name it)

Very helpful!
That's why I felt less intimidated driving I guess and can move up in size to this axis. The true class a would be a no go for my doctor parking lot runs.
Sales last Sat said the 27.7 axis with two slides proving very popular.
up in wheelbase to like 194 etc which is out
Yeah what you said taller and longer

JamieGeek, how did you embed the Thor video? I tried to embed a YouTube and didn't get it done.
