Sold my Axis

I'd like to say I loved my Axis, but John Vrydaghs in Warranty Support completely turned me off to the company. In what was clearly a Thor AC manufacturing error in wiring and that was documented by other Axis owners John played the ignore and delay game for over 6 months. I just can't own a product that has a support approach like that.
