Spongy and sagging floor in quantum ws31 ??

Our 2017 quantum ws31 floor on the right side of the raised deck in front of the bathroom and buy the bed (not the left side) is very spongy and sagging.
Does anybody had this problem? ? Help....

had this same problem in my thor 31w the insulation foam slipped off of joist during install

Ours feels OK, so I'm not much help. We do have a small area in the bathroom that gives a little.
