I'd been having this steering issue on our 2015 Palazzo with the wheel cocked to the left while driving straight and took it in to have the front end checked out.
It turns out that out of the 6 bushings on the rear end, 4 of them were worn out and had to be replaced. This coach only has 25K miles on it so I have no idea how they were that worn out but it might be something to have checked if you have a lot of sway.

Glad you found out what was going on, bad bushings cause a lot of steering issues. Hopefully your drive will be a lot less intense and enjoying the trip is half the adventure.
