Most folks on the forum have opted for the Safe T Plus.

Blue Ox

I would seriously consider the Blue Ox. It is more pricey but an incredible unit. Infinitely adjustable while driving, right at your finger-tips.

I have the Blue OX Tru-Center on my Tuscany. Only 1 trip thus far. I did not notice a lot of difference on stability though.

I had the Safe t Plus on a 35 Winnie Class A and a 40 Entegra DP. Worked great on both. Having the Roadmaster RSS installed tomorrow on our new Quantum 31 tomorrow. I post what I think after driving it home.

Wow. All I can say is Wow. The Safe T Plus on my class A and DP were great. The RSSC I just added to the 31ft class C is even more of an improvement. Not sure how it will work on yours, but as yours isn't that much larger than mine, I would certainly consider it.

We are taking delivery of new 2918 ACE 29.3 during early July. Fully committed to adding a Safe T Plus and getting a front end alignment within days of delivery....now deciding if adding a rear rss bar at the same time makes sense...the unit will be in the shop so incremental labor (not to speak of hassle and additional safety) may seem worth it....some if the rear bars I have casuallymexplored look expensive for what they are..thoughts would be appreciated...

Steering

I picked up my Thor 26HE today after having the safety plus installed. Made a big difference in the steering. So far I like it.

I really like the sound of this. Forum is sold on Safe-T-Plus which is fine just glad to hear someone's experience with both.

Is your motorhome on the Ford E450 frame ? We just installed Sumo Springs to replace the bump stops and found this to give us much better handling. Am still thinking about the Safe T Plus ... but, am now interested in the RoadMaster RSSC ... With your experience with the Safety Plus...you feel the Roadmaster gives better stability?

I'm having the safety plus and front and rear sway bars installed Wednesday. I will let you know how it works on my 2016 Thor ACE 30.2

We have the same unit. I read on another forum, to check the tire pressure. Ours had 110 lbs and the steering was a bit wonky. Hubby lowered it to 100 and he said it made quite a difference. I haven't driven it, yet.

IF we get a stabilizer - It will be the Safe-T Plus. Simple installation.

Let us know what you end up doing.

I just put the Roadmaster RSSA on my ACE 27.1. Leaving Friday for a 4,000 mile trip. We will see how well it works as we cross the very windy Mojave.

That's what we have on our ACE 27.1; very happy with it.

Funny story: I had the front of the MH up with the front wheels off the ground and was trying to run some wire inside the right front wheel well. I figured I'd have more room if I could turn the wheels all the way to the right. So I got up in the coach, started the engine, turned the wheels to the right, shut off the engine; and could not prevent the wheels from returning to center due to the springs on the Roadmaster. I never did get that extra space to work in.

Yes, we have a 2017 Thor quantum WS32 on the E450 Chassis. I had the Safe-T-Plus installed on both a Winnebago Class A F53 and an Entegra Insignia 40. It was great. Had the Rssc installed on the Quantum, and it worked just as well as the others.

Interested in the Sumo Springs. Are they added to the rear axle. After a 500 mile trip over the last week, something to help stabilize the rear would be a good addition.
