Furnace vent question

We just purchased 2016 Chateau 26A. On our first check out trip, we noticed very little or no heat coming from vent in front by dinette. Other vents were blowing nice hot air. Our dealer is saying it is normal because the vent near dinette is farther away from furnace. Any input would be appreciated.

If you can, trace down the pipe behind the vent. I'm guessing its either kinked, has some sharp corners, isn't fully connected, or is blocked somehow.

Our 35SF is not quite 2 weeks old and when trying out the furnace I found two heat vents not working. We have an appointment with the Thor dealer Tuesday to have a look-see. I pulled all the kitchen drawers to take a peek. I found the heat duct crushed about midway to the dinette vent. Looks like some RV assembly worker with big feet got too close to the duct. This should of never left the factory like that.
