I think these would roll you out. They store easily.

Edit: you look too deep to place the things in the link. After looking at your pictures I've made a note to put a compact shovel and hoe in the 24.1.
I know it's was not in your agenda today but you've made me finally realize a use for that axis rear bumper. It'll hold a shovel and a hoe between the bumper and the coach. Thanks.

You bet, my son and I tried without success many times, but unfortunately as low as these diesel pushers are it's sometimes almost impossible once it's sinking down to get much of anything under the levelers and without it also pushing that into the mud as well

but i buried my moms bounder once in freezing cold weather and after several hours managed to get the bus to the street




i see you have lot s of stuff to put under wheels


you need to make sure jacks are fully retracted.
then place the widest strongest pads under the rear jacks and do a manual extension of rear jack. it may press the pads deep, but the goal is to get the rear wheels at least high enough to slide wide pads under rear tires.
you may to retract jacks a few times and place more pads under them until the sinking stops

once you have tires on firm pads or what ever you have to get under them


then repeat up front and get all wheels on solid pads.


then lay out wide strong boards or pads in front o of rear drive wheels and make sure the jacks are back in the retracted setting and drive out, you may have to stop and reset boards unless you have 40 feet of pads and board
hint.... you may need a dedicated person to man the controls unless you plan on doing one heck of a clean up inside

we did this and it took forever, but saved the bus

Did the same thing back in 2018, at a harvest host site. Used every one of my 2x8 pads under the levelers, plus my LEGO pads under the wheels for traction.
Sunk the 2 By’s six inches in the mud before the rig even started to lift.
Didn’t bother with pictures , I was mad at myself because I knew better. Our tires are great for the highways, but not for mud and snow.

I had a feeling when you talked about all the rain & mud in another thread you might be needing a winch to get loose. Glad they got you out.

We always parked our B Gulfstream just off the driveway in the yard on a small gravel patch I put in . This 30’A didn’t fit in the same footprint as the 22’ B so it sat on boards all winter. After you told the story of all the mud, I didn’t want to chance waiting till everything thawed to get the ACE out. So I moved it onto the drive just before this last snow and still rutted the heck outa the place.
I can’t imagine the frustration of moving that diesel Pallazo!

and the things with these 'motorhomes' is that they have a lot of 'skirting' around them, which can create big problems with towing companies not wanting to be responsible for damaging them, which I can see can be problematic - fortunately for me, because of the height of where my Palazzo sat on the lot, the driver's winch height was perfect for keeping the cable/chain very 'low' during the pulling process, and the angle of the cable/chain within the front wheel well, which the front wheel was needing to turn hard out anyway, worked just fine.... we were actually perpendicular to each other - he pulled at an angle to move me LEFT, while I steered hard LEFT, and at the same time allowing the engine to power the rear wheels eventually up and out of the 'hole' they sat in.

We really only needed to move it 1 foot, and it was all over - I then had control, since we had laid out rubber mats to handle the rest of the forward movement .... FUN !

Ok the question I have is who ordered the small tow truck for the large Palazzo? Did your roadside assistance folks do that or did that go through someone else?

don't know what 'small' means, as he had no issues 'dragging' me around!
I simply called the local tow company...

This is why I have the front hitch/tow hook installed on mine.

The fascia on an axis/Vegas is cartoonishly low.
The $110 pricing of a front hitch makes it cartoonishly silly to not install one on e series frames.
