Tank Sensor Location

I have a 2017 Thor Tuscany 42GX and wondering if someone can tell me how to access the gray and black tank sensors? Are they visible from one side or the other?

I did a software update to the Firefly multiplex system a few weeks ago which fixed my AGS issue but since about that time both tanks have been reading full when in fact they are empty. I don't know if it's related to the software update or just coincidence that both occurred at about the same time.

I've had the black tank read incorrectly before but flushing usually resolved it, not the last couple of times however.

Do a search here, this topic has been well discussed. Then do a search on the web. Those black tank sensors are notorious for being fouled and giving false full indication. There are endless products and diy cures.
