Leveling System and Slideouts

hello I am new to having slide outs and powered levelers on my coach. I grew up camping but never had all these fancy additions. We bought a very well taken care of 2003 Four Winds Hurricane. Next to the drivers seat there is the control panel for the jacks underneath. There are indicator lights when you push the button to on. They no longer light up and jacks are unresponsive.
So far this is all I've tried...The parking brake is set, Generater running and not running, Batteries are fully charged, also had it plugged in to electric.

Because the jacks are unresponsive even tho I've leveled using blocking under the tires the Slideouts are un-responsive as well, Are the slide outs unresponsive because the jacks aren't down?
I did notice there is a small fuse in the actual control panel of the leveling system which I will replace as soon as I can.

Need some advice.

Usually on Thors it seems that to operate the levelers the ignition has to be on or the engine running, and the parking brake set. For the slides, the engine and ignition have to be off.

Welcome to our campfire!
First put on the parking brake, and then start the various combinations of ignition on/ignition off.. for wach system.
Good luck!

Slides operate independent of level or leveling system status on the newer coaches. If you have hydraulic slides they use a combined hydraulic system. I'm not sure when the slides went to electric motors.

If the levelers are Lippert, go to their website and look for the manuals.....

https://support.lci1.com/hydraulic-l...rized-leveling

If you have no lights under any conditions on the control panel, start with why. My guess is that the DC breaker that supplies the hydraulic unit (and the panel) tripped or the large fuse blown.

Or.... On some older units Lippert also had problems with a timer circuit board that was embedded in the main control harness. Caused a total dead system except when the engine was started and the unit would cycle to make sure the jacks were up. Lippert has great tech service and I used the Chat and found this out in 15 minutes. Replaced the harness good to go.

Good luck.
