I really like the idea of using the seatbelts to secure the recliners while in transit. That would allow for a lot of flexibility when parked.

The recliners in my coach did not have seat belts. There were "latches" that held them in place to keep them from moving around, but not secure enough to hold someone with a seatbelt. Make sure you check that.

We have seatbelts that are bolted in. They should hold. On our 5th wheel, there was a D-ring bolted to the floor and the 2 recliners were held in place by straps. I don't think it is a big deal how wheel they are secured as long as they don't tip over or start to 'walk'.
