hmmmm.... I don't know who 'told' you that, but my Palazzo 33.3 from later 2014 has never needed anything.

But, what some don't understand about the tires on these diesel pushers is that in order to have the optimal smooth and 'less pulling' ride, you need to weigh your coach, with axle weights separately for both front and rear, and then refer to your tire manufacturer's guidelines for the PSI for the fronts and the rears... you may find that you have your tires way over inflated. Don't go by the 120psi stated on the tires, you'll probably find that 85-95 is a MUCH better ride, and more along the lines of what the weight to PSI ratio is for your axles/tires.

Secondly, if you have an 'pull' to either drive tire, you may actually only need a tire swap, which is what we found early on when ours seemed to 'pull' to the right. Freightliner's Oasis shop, in Gaffney where the chassis are built, simply swapped the two front tires and we had no more issues. But, any truck tire shop can do that for you - easy.

I don’t live in SC but what you need to find is a big rig frame shop, most of them do alignments, had it done on our Tuscany. And no, it isn’t cheap! Safe-T-Plus is definitely a should have and do item, makes driving much easier!!!

This morning I picked up my 2015 Palazzo 33.2 from storage without any problem started right away, but shortly after I got home it didn't start. I had it plugged in for few hours, still no luck. So I called AAA and after 3 tries (3 different company) they couldn't get it to start. What could be the problem. Any idea?

We also have a 2015 Palazzo. We've had a host of repair issues with the slide, but the ride on ours is great. Takes bumps as well well as my truck, even on rougher roads. It tracks well, does not pull to one side, does not shake or wobble, and the tires are wearing evenly. When you say a better ride what are you referring to?

I had a similar problem when I first got our 2015 33.3 coach last spring. I did not have the parking brake set and I did not have it in neutral. I felt a bit silly after I finally was told what to check.
Also, did you check to see if you turned off the chassis battery main disconnect switch when you got home and maybe did not turn it back on when you tried to start it again ? Just a thought. Hope you get it figured out .

right, you'll have to provide more details about what you mean by 'it won't start'.... does it click, does it turn over, does it just not stay running....?

2014 33.2. Bought it 7/31/2013. 8th RV since 1974. Some problems, but no more than previous 3 Class As, 2Class Cs & 2 Fifth wheels. (Not in this order.)

Headlights

I just purchased a 2020 33.5 Palazzo and believe it or not I cannot for the life of me figure out how to turn on the headlights. I don’t mean the main headlights and the high beams and even the fog those I got. When you look at the front of the coach there is a set of three lights the inner most light of light with all the little LED light inside it, that one I cannot find any information on anywhere nor a button nor switch.????? Anybody

2017 Palazzo 33.2

Has anyone replaced the fresh water pump and if so what are the details . It seems impossible to do without removing the fresh water tank

In my 2015 33.2 Pallazo the water pump is accessible. You get to it by unscrewing a small panel that forms the inside wall of the outside storage area under the bathroom, tight side of coach. I replaced mine 2 years ago

Thor changes things from year to year so may not be the same for you. On mine it is easy to access the pump. If you are not sure you can have someone run the pump by running water inside and then listening in the compartment as I described.

I have a 2013 33.2 same setup as rudyhehn except I moved my new install to the front of the tank and put an insulator under it to make it quieter. not to difficult. I also left of the panel that hides the fresh tank and i can see my level better when filling it as that is where the overflow is.

I was thinking the same way of moving the pump to a better position , also . Thank you for the reply

I did not get into details but as noted by the others I also moved my pump to an easier position to access. I put some closed cell foam under the mount to muffle noise, added a small inline fitting sold by the pump folks to muffle noise, and cut 9 inches off of the divider panel so I could see the water tank,
