Thor A30 Freedom Traveler Awning over Slide

I bought this new in October and awning was damaged by wind before i picked unit up at dealer. They put new awning on and relocated brackets properly. I brought coach home and on first trip out wind caught awning and broke middle bracket again and let awning flop going down road. I firmly believe the 24' slide needs a minimum of 2 brackets or better yet 3. Any one else have issues?

No problem, yet, with full wall slide on my Hurricane. Is it possible the awning was not properly tensioned during install?

I have noticed that the fabic is very loose and catches rain water when extended. I noticed this since day one.

My full wall slide (SOB) is only secured at each end. So far no issues.
