Thor Customer Service 24/7?

Thor's customer care states 24/7 answers and problem solving. But I get a machine that says offices are closed and to leave a message. Anybody have a number that picks up 24/7? The number I have is (877) 855-2867.

Well, the phone IS answered 24-7, nothing said it would be a person not a recording.

The prompts says if you are in an emergency situation or completely down press 4.

When my Hurricane 34E's step broke while at DisneyWorlds's Fort Wilderness the very first night after we picked it up for our shakedown trip, I called that number after returning from the Magic Kingdom at about 11:30 p.m.

Someone actually answered, and they mentioned that the main bolt shears off, (heh, the 2016 recall), and can be fixed by a Thor dealer on my trip home to California. They gave me phone numbers for the dealership along my route home so that I could contact them on Monday, (this happened on a Friday). Unfortunately, when I called every dealer, they either didn't have the part, or they wanted me to stay a few days until they would get the part.

I just purchased the most expensive Coghlan's bungy cords from the Disney Trading Post and strapped the steps for the trip home.

The step recall is not just a Thor issue, my brother Newmar has the same recall.

Lots of RV's to get fixed.

I had a hurricane 29m that the super slide only slides out 7 in in stops any help is welcome I can retract it I cannot extend it any further than the 7in
