Thor Daybreak 2013 HD Main Coach Slide Out

Good Day, I am looking for a schematic for the Daybreak slide-out. I want to install a hanging wine rack over the U dinette; the total weight is 55 pounds. I removed the light fixture and right next to the one (1) inch hole is metal, maybe a metal stud/joist. I would like to install the wine rack into these studs/joists to handle the weight. I do not think the vinyl that is layed over the inside slide-out 3/8 roof would handle the weight and constant vibration while traveling. There is only one seam in the slide out vinyl roof and I bet it is glued to other studs/joists to hold it in place.

I do not want to drill through the inside vinyl, 3/8 inch inside paneling, 1.5 inches of styrofoam, through the 1/2 plywood and exterior TPO membrane - which is like brand new. I look forward to your comments.

Respectfully,
David
