I was able to log in and download the manuals. It would have been nice to have drawings for the coach. I have a first model year of the FW 24F (2017) and 25% of the manuals are from the 2018 year. 2018 had a few upgrades that didn’t make it to my model. My neighbor has the 2018 24F and we’ve compared base configurations.

As usual with Thor, some people can register and get info and some people can't register. It seems Thor's lack of quality control extends from the factory floor to their website.

Glad I saw this thread. I just signed and used the vin on my registration and got
in no problem. Miracles work! I had 36 items available, had most but downloaded some I could use. Logged out and was able to log back on.

Thor has told me that only vehicles 2014 and newer are in the data base. No joy for my 2013 Outlaw.

Wrong Vin
I tried to use the VIN that was on my paperwork and it rejected it. I went to the motor home and took a picture of the VIN embedded in the dash, drivers side windshield. It was totally different from the paperwork. You need the chassis Vin.

Also if your paperwork has the wrong VIN, I would check my insurance cards, and any other material, to be sure they have the correct numbers.

Thor Coach VIN
My paperwork VIN was for the coach. The VIN they want is the chassis VIN.

Well, thank goodness! I've been complaining to the dealer that they failed to give us all the manuals. They said, "contact Thor." Thor said .... [great big silence]. Only 54 manuals now available online. I think I better download them all before they disappear.

I also have had nothing but trouble--when i go to previous builds it lists no builds--i have the component serial number sheet in front of me and all the numbers i entered match, its a 2017 model so its not that its too old. Have contacted them through email, still waiting for a response

The good news is that some are duplicates, I had 54 to work through. Loaded to my laptop so I can view the pdf's while working an issue.

I had noticed a couple of items missing from my list of downloads and emailed Thor customer service last week. I received the PDF files that day by email with an apology for overlooking those items. Today I signed in and found they had not only added those two items, but a total of 16! I really think they are making customer service a priority.

Thanks Mike. I had downloaded all the manuals a while back. Just scanned to see what I was missing. The Schematic Details for Floorplan 3901 file is awesome!!! Everybody should check it out!
