Just to let other know.
Okay - new Thor owners here. Coming from Forest River - Georgetown. We know that experiences with manufacturers and retail sales sites are varied. Most times on these and other sites, we see the issues and usually fixes. Just gotta give credit where credit is due. In all the time we owned our Georgetown we had very few significant issues. When we did - Warranty Responses were almost nonexistent.
With our new Challenger 37TB we've had a couple of issues. Called Thor and actually got a human response that was responsive and helpful. Following our 1200 mile shakeout trip, we have a short list of what I call ankle biters and 1 real annoying noise.
Called Jake our service manager from Paul Sherry's in Ohio and he fairly well knew what was driving the noise. Told us that it would take a few days to get the parts and almost a full to install.
Contacted Thor Warranty and asked about a front end alignment. No problem Thor will reimburse.
So a thumbs up for Thor Customer Service in Warranties and a huge thumbs up for Jake at Paul Sherry's.
