I have found that when dealing with them directly they are relatively good and easy to talk with. Their parts department has sent me an incorrect part on a couple of occasions but they made things right in the end.
Thor has not yet, to my knowledge, came up with an action plan on the recalled fire extinguishers. I called Kiddie and dealt with them directly but I would've expected Thor to take some kind of action. They did offer reimbursement if I purchased a new extinguisher but I had already dealt with Kiddie.
