I bought my Sumo Springs direct and hired a Authorized Sumo Springs Dealer install. They drove fine, but I thought the from springs didn't quite look right. Took it back to Dealer and Dealer said it was normal
So I called Sumo Springs directly while on the Dealer's lot, and just from what I described Sumo Springs called the Dealer. They went back out spent about 20 minutes on the phone and two guys, I tried to be nosey to se what they were doing but I also wanted to stay out the way. They finished up and it was perfect.
You might say, well what did they do
The answer is I don't know; my point is to call Sumo Springs. Relative to the what I view as overpriced cost to buy the Sumo Springs; the labor I paid the Sumo Springs Dealer was well worth it.
I love my Sumo Springs and glad I did it early.
