36.1 Palazzo Electrical Issue

New to this Forum- Looking for troubleshooting tips with electrical issues.
While plugged into shore power both AC Roof Units, and Both Slides have stopped working. Still have power to other appliances. Checked fuses & breakers are good. Both 110 cables going to AC units are hot. Possibly issue in low voltage control system? Batteries and Inverter both appear to be good. Tested unplugged from Shore Power using generator and still doesn't work.
Bay under drive side has fuse box, shows red light above relay indicates K1 accessory?

It would be a great help to you to log on and register with THOR. You will have access to your electrical wiring diagrams. This will help you trace this down. If you rig is too old for the drawings to be on line, THOR help line can get you your wiring diagrams. Email for such things can be faster depending on just how many are trying to call in. I hope your rig is new enough because it is instant to down load them.

Motors in slides and bunk are 12 VDC. Did you check to see if the thermostats are telling A/Cs to run? Thermostats are also DC. Could that red light be indicating an Accessary DC problem?

All your photos indicate everything is OK

Sounds like you have lost 12v

Check your 12v panel, pull it enough to check all the terminals at the back as

We've had a very similar issue with our 36.1 Palazzo where the slides and only the rear AC stopped working and oddly enough the TV antenna booster. A 12volt fuse kept blowing instantly though so it's not exactly the same as your problem.

I almost never figured it out but turns out, right after a heavy rain while the big slide was out water got into the farthest back slide motor and caused the issue.
I paid a mobile guy 4+ hours of diagnostic but he never did figure it out.
The only reason I figured it out was when we went to lift the slide motors up to manually push the slide back in and water came out of the motor.

The replacement slide motor came with an added black rubber type coating over the rear to protect this from happening again.
I don't know if you had any rain about the same time all of it started but I suppose it could be related?
