Sounds to me like a SPAM notice. Thor Industries (NOT Enterprises)has excellent staff in the customer service/warranty department. Call them and ask! Have your VIN available and they will help you.

On highway 41, in palmetto fl. there is a business called, Thor Trailers. I stopped in to get some hitch tightner’s and as I was paying I mentioned that I owned a Thor motorhome. The lady responded,” we get 20 calls a day from angry Thor owners thinking we can help them”. Not trying to start something, just sayin!

Reminds me of a recent situation - I ordered a lawn mower bagger from a big national retailer. They called me and said they no longer carried that bagger and were refunding my purchase. 2 days later they bagger arrived!

Perhaps it is my passenger mirror for my 2018 Palazzo. I ordered a right hand passenger mirror but they sent me a left side mirror. Packing slip said right hand mirror so I didn’t check until I had it scheduled to be painted and the painter ( it only comes in white and no one knows if it is paint, primer brand etc) noticed it was a left hand mirror rotated so it looked like a right hand. 2 months later still waiting while my Class A sits fading in the FL sun. What a bunch of morons

They are sending out Attwood (Dometic) heater circuit board replacements for those of us who have constant flooding problems with the old circuit boards (due to the heater vent facing in instead of out).

It would not weigh 18 pounds however (unless you have 9 or 10 heaters...)

It showed up earlier this week - as I figured out it was the Tyron Spider Kit. I talked with Chuck @ Tyron and he sent me the kit without asking for payment and didn’t even include an invoice. I had to email him to get a price and place to sent the check.

It's a gift in your "favour" from a doctor in Nigeria....just send a check to UPS....(Unofficial Postage Sh,,,) in the amount of $2500, your ss number and passwords to your computer, and your package will be delivered "straight away" to your door.

Rain diversion for gutters over awning and perhaps slide outs. Couldn’t use one set of mine because wrong gutter was same as other side should have been opposite

I too got my Tyron kit in the mail after I talked to the rep. I sent them my check after I got it. It is better to be safe with the Tyron Kit while on the road. The Tyron rep was great.

the spider kit is use to remove the tyron belt from the tire. Only need it if you have the tyron system on your front tires

Some tire shops or mobile repair guy wont be able to charge a tire without it.
